Delete your QuickSchool account

Request removal of your QuickSchool login for the website and the QS Parent app.

Parents and staff sign in to QuickSchool with the mobile number registered by their school. You can ask us to delete that login and the app data tied to it. You do not need to be signed in to make this request.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@quickschool.in with the subject Account deletion request.
2. Include your full name, the registered mobile number, your school name, and the student name if this is a parent account.
3. Say whether the request is for the QS Parent app, the QuickSchool website, or both.
4. We confirm the request by email or phone and complete it within 30 days.

You can also call 98844 40598 (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM) and ask for account deletion. Have the same details ready.

What we delete

• QuickSchool login access for that mobile number on the website and the QS Parent app.
• Active login sessions and tokens.
• Device registration and push-notification tokens for that account.
• Unused one-time passwords for that number.

What we keep

• School records stay with the school. Student academic, attendance, fee, exam, and related records are kept by the school for its educational and legal obligations. Deleting your login does not erase the student’s school record. Contact the school if you want those records corrected.
• We keep a short record of the deletion request — the date, the mobile number, and that the request was completed — for up to 12 months, so we can show the request was handled.
