Privacy Policy
How QuickSchool collects, uses, and protects information for the school ERP, website, and parent app.

This policy explains how Technosolve Consultants LLP (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use the QuickSchool website, QuickSchool ERP, and the QS Parent mobile app. QuickSchool is a school management system. Your school enters and controls student and parent records. We process that information so the school, parents, and staff can use the product.
Information we handle
- Login details. The mobile number your school registers for a parent or staff member, one-time passwords used to sign in, and session tokens that keep you signed in.
- School records. Information the school stores in QuickSchool, such as student name, class, attendance, fees, exams, homework, library activity, photographs, and parent or guardian contact details.
- App and device data. Device identifiers and push-notification tokens, so the school can send alerts to the parent app.
- Bus location. When a school uses bus tracking, the live location of the assigned vehicle is shown to the parent. This is the bus location, not the location of the parent’s phone.
- Messages you send us. Name, mobile number, email, school name, and message when you request a demo, support, or account deletion.
How we use it
- To sign you in and show the records your school has made available to you.
- To deliver attendance, fees, exams, homework, notices, gate pass, and bus updates.
- To send one-time passwords and school notifications by SMS or push notification.
- To respond to demo, support, and account-deletion requests.
- To keep the service secure and investigate misuse.
Who we share it with
We share student and parent information with the school that maintains the account. We use SMS and notification providers to deliver one-time passwords and alerts. We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the school, a student, or the service.
Children
QuickSchool is used by schools to manage student information, including information about children. Parents access their own child’s records with the mobile number the school has registered. Schools are responsible for the student data they enter and for obtaining any consent their local rules require.
How long we keep it
School records stay in QuickSchool for as long as the school keeps them, including where education or legal rules require the school to retain them. One-time passwords expire shortly after they are issued. Login sessions and device notification tokens are removed when you sign out, when they expire, or when an account deletion request is completed. Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections on the live service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Keep your one-time password private and tell your school if your registered mobile number changes.
Your choices
- Ask your school to correct student or parent details stored in QuickSchool.
- Turn off notifications in your phone settings.
- Request deletion of your QuickSchool login access from the Account Deletion page.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
